William Kezele
William Kezele has a passion for helping others and has been actively engaged in the communities in which he has lived. He served on the Twin Falls City Council as well as the 5th Judicial C.A.S.A. Executive Board of Directors as Vice President and is currently involved in various civic and church organizations.
William has a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health. He is a BCIA certified Neurotherapist and a licensed clinical counselor in private practice.
Will has been a key note speaker for such companies as Allstate, Microsoft, Reader’s Digest, Audi, Primary Children’s Hospital, Nevada Energy, Raytheon and many others. He has worked as a consultant and trainer for many Fortune 500 Corporations teaching and developing senior management teams and directors.
Will’s interests are very diverse. As a child, he played in movies and did specials for television. He later worked several years as an on-air radio personality, five of those years in a major market. He still enjoys consulting a radio group with multiple stations today. He was born with a love of airplanes and enjoys flying and finding a spare minute to work on building his own airplane.
He has been married to his wife Robyn for over 30 years. They have five children, and seven grandchildren.
Jeffrey T Barteau
In June of 2022, Jeff joined Homestyle Direct as the incoming CEO to lead the company into a new growth phase and focus the company on the emerging Food-as-Medicine marketplace. Jeff’s background includes multiple leadership positions of increasing responsibility at two global healthcare companies: Cardinal Health and DaVita Kidney Care.
During Jeff’s tenure at Homestyle Direct, the company has expanded into 3-additional states, grown meal volumes by ~40%, and signed 5 Medicare Advantage contracts focused on chronic disease management through Food-as-Medicine.
Jeff holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Lisa Johnson RDN, LD, MBA, Med
Lisa is the Menu Manager and Registered Dietitian for Homestyle Direct. Lisa has been an RD for 38 years and have taught healthcare related classes at the high school level for 15 years. Lisa has come to appreciate that both personal and professional consist of experiences that take you down a multitude of different paths. Lisa's goal is to help students and patients become the best version of themselves. Lisa enjoys creating meals that allow for this opportunity and the challenge of pushing the creative food envelope to make appetizing, low cost, nutritious meals for the masses.
Alexandra (Ali) Fernández
Ali is the Bureau Chief for the Bureau of Long Term Care under the Idaho Division of Medicaid. She has spent her career working for programs that support individuals with disabilities and the aging population, from direct service to policy analysis and statewide program implementation. After more than a decade of public service, she is adept at finding and seizing opportunities for creative innovation within a rigid bureaucratic system. She currently leads a statewide team of over fifty clinical and quality assurance staff that administer several aspects of Idaho’s long term services and supports programs.
Chris Barrott
Chris is the Quality Assurance Program Manager with the Bureau of Long Term Care, Division of Idaho Medicaid. She is a veteran in building relationships with the Medicaid stakeholder community to find creative solutions to the issues that Long Term Services and Supports programs face. Chris loves a challenge and as a result has a passion for innovation in business operations, system design and development as well as contract management.
Dr. Cyndia Glorfield
Cyndia earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education from Idaho State University. She has a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, also from Idaho State University. Her undergraduate degree is in psychology with a minor in addictions studies from Boise State University.
Cyndia has been a counselor for many years and is currently working as a private contractor. In addition to her counseling career, she has more than 24 years of teaching experience. She holds LCPCs in both Idaho and Nevada and is a board approved supervisor in both states. Ethics and their application to the counseling profession is one of her passions and as a result, she has developed and presented several ethics workshops. Cyndia is also a CACREP team member which involves visiting universities and their counselor education programs for CACREP accreditation/re-accreditation.
Outside of her work life Dr. Glorfield spends as much time as she can with her five children and ten (soon to be 11) grandchildren. That is a bit of a task as they live in Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, North Carolina and Florida. Fortunately, she loves to travel. Her favorite vacation spots are those with a warm tropical beach! She also enjoys kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, reading, baking, crafts and true crime shows/podcasts. Her happiest places and experiences are spending time with my family or engaging in some much needed self-care!
Brian Lawson
Brian is the VP, Payer Market at Sandata Technologies. He brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare technology navigating regulatory landscapes, driving innovation, and promoting patient-centered care in an effort to drive value to all stakeholders in the HCBS ecosystem. His work with state payers, MCOs, providers, members, legislators, and CMS providers a unique perspective and approach to complex challenges in the LTSS space.
